Build Identifier: 3.1.2 RC0 G4

Create a java task without any parameter.
Select 'Invoke Activity' on the production plan.
Select the created task

=> an invocation is created with 4 parameters
=> the production plan is invalid (using EMF validation)

Reproducible: Always
