In a Papyrus Requirement diagram, when creating a decompose relationship between two requirements, this relation is not correctly display in the diagram. There is just the crossed-circle which is displayed and not the edge between requirements.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create two requirements in a SysML Requirement diagram
2. Create a 'Decompose' relationship between these two requirements
3.
