Ctrl + V on filter text field still doesn't work in E3.7
There is Bug 157973 reporting this to be fixed and resolved in E3.4 M7, which may be true, but the bug is still there from E3.5.2 up to now.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select the word 'rulerColumns' from this text and copy it to the clipboard
   (ctrl+c)
1. open a existing plugin.xml
2. go to the 'Extensions' tab
3. position the cursor in the filter field on top, press CTRL+V.
   > Nothing happens
4. type a letter press CTRL + Z (Undo).
   > Nothing happens
