Dear Mr.
This is not a bug, but an query: when I resize any component at Graphical Layout, I received an error like this: "0,14" in attribute "layout_weight" cannot be converted to float. This is because the decimal separator is the comma. The question is: how can I setup my Eclipse to use . instead of , ?
My windows XP use decimal separator . (dot) 
Thank you for any help.

What exactly do you resize? Is there anything in the .log?
