If i use the Configure Runtime Environments link in the new server wizard to create a new runtime and a local server then the new server wizard from which i launched the configure dialog becomes unusable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a server runtime for HTTPServer
2. Open New Server Wizard from servers view and select HTTPServer
3. Click on next
4. Click on Back and come back on the first page of the wizard
5. Now click on the Configure runtime environments and select to create a local server.
6. Finish the wizard to create the new runtime and the new local server
7. Click on OK button of configure Server runtimes environment.
8. Now try clicking next button on the already open New Server wizard. Notice that it has become unusable and it does not move to next page.
