Working with dev.eclipse.org:/cvsroot/webtools

Earlier today, I wasn't having any problems checking resources in. About 30 minutes later, when I would try to commit files, I started receiving an error each time.

An error pops up stating:
'Committing resources' has encountered a problem. The server reported an error: Permission denied.

The details contains:

org.eclipse.wst.sse.core: cannot create_adm_p /tmp/cvs-serv14771/src/org/eclipse/wst/sse/core/internal/text

Hmmm, well the only repo change that I'm aware of was for bug 359897, but that only changed the owner, not the permissions.

Is this still happening today?
