Brian's checking to see if it's supported.
If we are, fix it.
If not, give an error.

At the very least, this is not supported in .7 - http://wiki.eclipse.org/EDT:EGL_Language_System_Types_and_Functions

This feature may not be supported in 1.0 either.

A validation message should be issued.

I have updated SystemPartManager to remove ArrayDictionary as a predefined type
