Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project with entity
2. Add attribute for the entity
3. Add annotation for the attribute 
4. Select attribute in Tigerstripe explorer and press Delete

See that annotation is not removed and annotation file is marked with warning.
The same issue for artifact and constant.
When I remove attribute with "Remove" button in editor, annotation is also removed
