Description Wayne Beaton CLA 2011-10-03 16:09:38 EDT
Archived project website directories are archived and a redirect to /archived is left in place.

I've also noticed at least two renamed projects (cloudfree and xtext) that contain nothing more than a redirect.

It seems wasteful to create separate Git repositories for each of these defunct project directories. Can we move the redirects to a higher level and just toast these directories?

I can assemble a complete list.

I've added Bug 389206 as a dependency. If we move the location of the archived projects list, any redirect that we set up should point to the right location.
Comment 2 Eclipse Webmaster CLA 2014-01-28 13:09:40 EST
We moved the archived pages to /projects/archived.php and the redirects are now being handled directly by Apache.
