1. Fetch from a ssh repository
2. LoginDialog pops up, asking for password and Store in secure storage is checked by default

I don't want to store my password in secure storage so I have to un-check it every time. I think it is better to have to check it once when one wants to store it instead of having to un-check it every time.

this is not a duplicate of bug 349527 which was about the clone wizard, here we are looking at the LoginDialog

Fixed with c93d33fd9e706bb7e28f8937654c8368cbeb1791

Now the dialog uses the preference Team > Git > Secure Store > Store credentials in secures store by default
