Hi,

reproduction:

*) Create a SysML project
*) Create a Block in Model Explorer - right click the model and select New SysML Child > Create a new Block
*) Right click the Block and select Delete - the Block will not be deleted

Could not reproduce on nightly build 0.8.1.v201111171838.
