Gerrit has two flavors of linking reviews:

dynamic one used by the client-side with a hash: http://egit.eclipse.org/r/#change,4317
static url: http://egit.eclipse.org/r/4317

The connector should handle both of them. Currenlty it only opens the review for the dynamic urls.
