In the Review Navigator view, when the review element is makred as reviewed, it stays review marked when one of its child is unmarked.  It should become unmarked as well

Bug is now fixed.  I had to improve the listener mecanism to update the review navigator tree correctly.  I also changed the code so now the dialog to ask the user to send a review completion notification is sent anytime the Review element is marked as reviewed.
