Wrong icon for review creator participant when creating a new formal/informal review.  It displays the default icon instead of the default value role (Lead) for the review creator.  When the review is closed and reopened, the icon is OK.

Fixed the problem.  The correct icon is now displayed for all cases

Create a review
--> Look at the property for a participant (The icon )
--> Close the review and re-open the review, the participant icon is not the same

Sometimes for the INFORMAL review, the role for the participant does not get saved

The problem is that the default roles for the participant that creates  the review is set at two different places (in model, then in UI).  I refactored the code so now it is set properly only in the model at review creation time.  Implemented and tested
