Set the help preferences to open help in an external browser and launch help.
In the browser edit the path of the help URL replacing /index.jsp with /topic/org.eclipse.ua.tests/aa.html and open that page

Expected result:
A page displays with title "Page not Found"
Actual Result: No page is returned, a 404 status is generated
