1.Start Eclipse
2.Help >> Eclipse Marketplace...
3.Search for PTI
4.Click Install

I have maven installed locally.
Still could not get this to work.

I downloaded it from sourceforge and put it in my dropins folder. So far so good. But less than ideal.

I tested this in MPC Juno release and it seems to work. Closing the bug as fixed.
