It was decided that the user should not be able to unload the localCustomization using the Load Customizations dialog.

But the dialog seems to have a bug that makes it appear as though it is possible nevertheless:
- click on "Load a Customization"
(I see two customizations in the right pane, one of them is localCustomization)
- click on "<<"
- click on "OK" in the warning dialog box
- click on "<<" again
(now my two customizations disappeared from the right pane, making it look as though they were unloaded)
- click "OK"
- click on "Load a Customization" again
(now the two customizations which I had initially are back in the right pane; so the modification in the dialog apparently did nothing)
