Description Ansgar Radermacher CLA 2011-09-30 04:08:33 EDT
When the filtered element (type) dialog is opened, a prefix (or infix) typed in the filter should open the sub-tree of all elements that match the filter condition. However, the tree is not opened most of the time (sometimes, it is working however).

Sometimes, even all packages are hidden, if the filter condition does not match anything. [another observation: the reaction seems to be very slow, inefficiently implemented?]

The bug might be specific to Linux

I will check that

This is the normal behavior : an element is shown iff it matches the filter or one of its children does (recursively)

See Bug 357358
