Build Identifier: 0.7.0.v201109292101

1) Just create a default RUIHandler, and drag several widgets to the VE.
2) Select the data grid, and delete it.
3) Right click anywhere in the VE, and click 'Undo'
4) It takes several seconds to re-draw the handler, I think we should make some improvements here.

It is more faster in the latest build. A lot of enhancement have been done for the VE performance, that will make undo faster.

The performance for undo action is better than before, verified in 0.7.0.v201110302101.
