refactor,rename,generated file

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
generated file should be removed when the source file is renamed. Now both the old and new ones are in the workspace. The old ones are expected to be deleted and no longer appear in the egldd file.

This is something that we should discuss before making any changes. We have never renamed or deleted obsolete generated artifacts in the past, in part due to the complexities involved. This is something that would be a good idea to support, but we need to make sure it's philosophically sound beforehand. It might also be wise to add a preference that enables this feature so that users can disable it if they don't want us to delete generated files.

It might be the case that in EDT this isn't complex anymore (I think the generators have API to return what files they would generate for a part).

Unless this is causing problems, I think a discussion on this topic should not occur until after .7 ships.
