Build Identifier: 20110916-0149, but older too.

The stock BIRT WebViewer WAR throws a "Null serializer factory specified." error when deployed or server started. Web Viewer still somehow works seemingly right, but this is worrying.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy BIRT Viewer in Liferay 6.0.x powered JBoss 5.1.0 AS.
2. Watch the log
