Description libing wang CLA 2011-09-29 10:17:13 EDT
At comment 9 in bug 358611 , I talked about the alternative view of a flat list.
I am adding this as one of the options that the search result page will have:
Put a pull-down option to the right of all other actions (something like the option UI we have in the local search). Adding a menu item so that we can toggle the tree/flat view.
In the future the option will have more content.

fixed with b66339ab34bf172116eab11219781e2119fd9959.
You can now switch between flat and tree view with the current match being retained.
The name in the flat view only shows the short name without path yet. I am thinking about adding "location" , "modified date" columns in the flat view so that if you click on the header you can do sort bi-directionally.
