As requested by Laurent; unqualified names are a relic.

Suggest introduce a warning, and quickfix, where unqulaified names occur within module in import declarations.

A warning has been introduced for import and extends without the qualified name of the module. This fix has been contributed on master and R3_2_maintenance.
