the html-message created from a word file contains privat / unnecessary data and unnecessary attachments which increase the size any mime messages

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
createMimeMessageFromWordArchiveInternal will produce Mime messages with private / unesserary data

Problem:
The HTML created from within a Microsoft Word file contains user-specific, unnecessary information.
Also, not referenced attachments are included which unnecessarily increase the size of the MIME-message.
Solution:
Removed user-specific data and redundant attachments
