There are some setting with only one radio button, so customer have no choice to change. How about remove them?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open preference->EGL->SQL
2.The first two settings who had only one radio button
3.How about remove them? or change to another format. Because customer have no other choice to change
