Build Identifier: M20110912-1510

I installed Eclipse 4.1.1 yesterday.  Help > About Eclipse SDK, displays:

Version: 4.1.0

I think that the version should have been
bumped to 4.1.1 as well.  No point in having that third digit if you are not
going to use it!

I fixed this for 4.1.2.
