Base file not registered:
How to reproduce:
1- Import project from GIT repo
2- Create a review (BASIC)
3- Open a file in the editor from the git repo, modify it and save
--> This file has no SCM version control yet
4- Select a few lines and create a review item
--> Look at the R4E property view, the base file is not set, so I cannot open the compare editor
The base file should be the version control just before I modified my workspace version

Should be foxed now.  I committed some code that will be tested to verify it.
