DojoCheckBox can not be shown in VE

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new workspace, new Web Client Project
2. Create new RUIHandler, and declare a bool variable
3. Switch to design view, drag the bool variable from EGL data
4. Finish the popped up wizard, the source code added correctly. But DojoCheckBox can not be shown in design view and preview
