Description Diego Sahagun CLA 2011-09-27 16:52:31 EDT
Build Identifier: 3.4.2_v20090122

The fix for 357421 discovered the need to add some code to manage these two scenarios.
Why it worked fine before? simply because the logic was to show everything.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an EAR project
2. Add a reference to an external utility Jar or a variable that points to a Utility Jar
3. Open the Java EE Module Dependencies page
