Fetching (or pulling) on Windows will cause an error unless you set core.ignorecase=true.

Since tags point to different commits they should both be preserved (I though we could delete one of them assuming it was created by accident). I would rename "V20030310-precopyrightupdate" to "v20030310-precopyrightupdate2" ie. lower case "v" and "2" at the end.

After having a closer look at the commits log I think it would be better to rename "V20030310-precopyrightupdate" to "v20030306-precopyrightupdate" ie. Mar 6, since this is when the tagged commit was created.
