The default item for the new project in Order and Export tab should be shown as disabled because user could not change the status of its checkbox. It is always selected here.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to new an EGL web 2.0 project.
2. Make the default settings and go to EGL Build Path page.
3. Go to Order and Export tab.

Actual results: The default item for the new project in Order and Export tab should be shown as disabled(prevent user's changing) because user could not change the status of its checkbox. It is always selected here.
