Create a new source folder with name "src", there will be two folder with same name "src"

Reproducible: Always

1.Create a basic egl project
2.Create a source folder with name "src"
3.There are two "src" in the project tree

Also exist in RBD.

If you choose a simple folder in the project, there will be no problem.

when you choose a folder which was used as java's src folder, the "problem" will show. Because one folder could be java's source folder, also could be egl's source folder. So It's "fine".
