Please refer to the 358855 The VE does not work as in RBD when handler reference widget defined in another RUIHandler or library, and download the EGL source files.

1) Open the H4.egl with VE.
2) Drag a button to the h3.ui, a line of 'dead code' is generated. The button is not added to any of container.

The problem is also existed in RBD8012.

Deferring to 1.0 - this is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD
