If a tree column is too small to show the complete content of a cell, an appropriate tooltip is created for the cell (behaviour on Windows). If the order of the columns is changed by dragging the column header, the wrong tooltip is displayed (see code snippet: tooltip for "Stockholm" will be "Sweden").
