Variable value cannot be changed from the Variable tab in Debug perspective. Value should be able to be changed by clicking on it or by accessing the "Change Value" option in the Variable tab context menu.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start debugging.
2.Set breakpoind and suspend vm.
3.Go to the Variable tab and try to change variable values by any of the methods described.
