Steps to reproduce:

1. Modify a file in the java editor
2. Team->Add
3. Execute "Replace With->HEAD revision"

Afterwards Staging View and "git gtatus" will show that the file is "changed but not staged".
git diff will show no diff.

I think this may have been a duplicate of bug355205 which was fixed in http://egit.eclipse.org/r/#change,4296

This problem can't be reproduced with current 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT
