SQL database binding resources should not let user create duplicate name

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new Web Client with Service Project
2. Open DD file by DD editor, switch to Resource binding tab
3. Add two SQL database resource binding
4. The two binding can have duplicate name, there should be alert message if this happened.

Rather than an alert, why not just make it a unique name? "bindingName", "bindingName1", "bindingName2", etc.
