I defined a simple div widget (please refer to the attached project), but the customized widget can be neither selected in VE nor displayed in outline view.

1) Create an empty workspace, and import org.eclipse.edt.rui.widgets_0.7.0 project.
2) Import the TestRUI attached in this defect.
3) Open the client.H1 with VE, the widget SimpleDiv cannot be selected.

This defect maybe duplicate with 358169. Please mark this defect as duplicated if the root cause of the two problem is the same.

Reproducible: Always

Set the priority to the critical, because all of the Dojo widget testing for VE is blocked by this defect.

Verified in 0.7.0.v201109292101. But the widget still cannot be displayed in the VE, and opened 359504 for tracking the issue.

Verified in 0.7.0.v201109292101, but VE prints 'document.write("could not open %handler_name%");' so re-open the defect.
