Build Identifier: 20110924 nightly build

Switch DB driver in New Driver Definition wizard will refresh the driver file directory in jar list. Which will cause user reset the directory in jar list

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In new connection profile wizard, click the new driver button to open the wizard
2. Select "IBM Data Server for JDBC and SQLJ", alert will show if the jar file didn't in directory "C:\Program Files\IBM\SQLLIB\java"
3. Switch to JAR List to correct the directory
4. Switch back to Name/Type tab, select "Other Driver" and select back to "IBM Data Server for JDBC and SQLJ". The Driver file directory set back to default but not the user set.

This part is controlled by eclipse Data tool, and is not in our control, so I will close it

The driver info can be saved and editable.
