I just did an update to the SR1 version of the package and it looks like the EULA is not the exact same one than for the rest of the features.

The license from June 2010 is contained in /org.eclipse.epp.package.jee.feature/epp.product for some reasons. As far as I could see this is the only .product file with this license.

This has been fixed *long* ago... and if there were still any left-overs they should be cleaned up with Luna.
