Some Links don't have the preferences for the Labels in the Preferences of the Profile Diagram, for example, Association and Dependency.
I think this problem comes from the AssociationNode, AssociationBranch, DependencyNode and DependencyBranch. 
These elements are in the gmfgen, but are not available in the palette, because they are not useful in the Profile Diagram. I think, it should be a good thing to clean the Profile Diagram removing these elements from the gmfgen and resolving this bug.
