Build Identifier: 

Simple enough to fix, the extra month processing you did for key_up and Key_down are unnecessary.  When you subtract/add 7 days to the date, the month changes accordingly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.have widget drop down the calendar
2.use arrow keys (up/down) to go past a month boundary and it skips a month!

Was fixed as part of a bigger patch for a different bug, marking verified (but checked in removing of unused code)
