Some unsupported data types in EDT 0.7 could be converted through new record wizard. I suggest prevent such conversion by displaying some error message in wizard.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. New an EGL project.
2. Try to new a record from XML Schemas using the attatchment file.

Actual results: Some unsupported data types in EDT 0.7 will be converted, and there is no error displaying in wizard.

I think it's OK for me to defer the bug to future since it has limited impact. Brian, what's your opinion? 

Fan, will the record wizard show an error message if finding the un-supported data types in EDT 0.8? Since I remembered that you refactored the code for the record creation wizard in EDT 0.8.

Since this was first found in .7, I think it is fine to defer it out of .8.  We took the approach of excluding content that could not be converted for the ExternalType wizard in .8, so that should probably be the approach we use here.
