Define record from handler entity by Content Assist, the handler was not listed

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a Handler Entity named "handlerRec"
2.Create a program then type "rechandler ha" then Content Assist
3.'handlerRec' was not prompted
