Since Photran has become a component of PTP, there is very little traffic on the photran-dev mailing list, since many discussions need to happen on ptp-dev instead.  So, we would like to close down the photran-dev mailing list and use ptp-dev exclusively for developer discussions.  Would it be possible to do this?
