When generating a report from the Review Navigator view on a basic review, some information is not filled in correctly.  For instance I had a few anomalies in the review, but the anomaly list in the report is empty.

- Adjust the Join table between Comment Anomaly with Text content to join the comment type as a left join instead of an inner join.
The inner join works but in some cases, for BASIC review, it is possible not to enter any comment type, i.e. the class as "SUPERFLOUS", etc..
It resulted to an empty list since the comment type did not exist.
