Testcase.

Import the attached RUIHandler.

Run the handler in FireBug and press the 'Go' Button. 

The following exception is printed:

[CRRUI2002E] Widget.runEventHandlers
An error occurred inside Test: egl.eglx.services.createServiceBindingException is not a function
[CRRUI2094E] Here are the EGL function calls leading to this error:

    ServiceBinder.ServiceBinder.loadBindFile() [native JavaScript]
    ServiceBinder.ServiceBinder.getBinding() [native JavaScript]
    Test.doSomething() [native JavaScript]

This defect seems to be resolved, but I am now seeing the same issue that is mentioned in 358646.  I will leave that one opened and mark this one as verified.
