Description Remy Suen CLA 2011-09-22 11:16:43 EDT
Eclipse may be unzipped in folders where the user does not have rights (like Windows' "Program Files") folder. How will the user edit their CSS files then?

Bogdan, something to consider for CSS editing...

Please consider this as a "must have", not an optional feature.
The bug describes exactly the use case for our Eclipse based product, deployed under RHEL 5 as rpm and managed by the "root" accounts only.
