Caret position is always at the beginning of the selected text.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select some text
2.getCaretPosition or getCaretLocation
3.wrong result

However, the mac version won't give the correct caret position when there are text selected. And for now, we can only return the start of the selection as the caret position.
