Currently we have 3 import actions in the ModelExplorer : 
	- Import Profile fro mregistered package
	- Import Package from File
	- Import Package from Registered Library

- These actions should be regrouped in a same sub-menu called Import
- These actions should be regrouped in a new plugin, called oep.import
- These actions should be rewritten using org.eclipse.ui.menus

oep.uml.import : commited in the branch in R5542 and R5543.
						 commited in the trunk in R5545 and R5546.
						 
oep.profile : modified in R5544 on branch and merged in 5547
